I'm new to leadership, can I still join? OR - I've been a leader for a long time, would I still benefit?
Yes! In fact, one of the most rewarding parts of the FLC Membership is that it brings together women of different backgrounds & levels of experience. We all have something to learn from one another!
What are the offered workshops?
I'm glad you asked! I focus on combining Continuous Improvement & Authentic Leadership - so the workshops focus on topics such as: problem solving, developing others, leading effective workshops and meetings, career guidance, etc.
Are there any in-person events included?
At this time, we are strictly an on-line community, but in-person events are on the horizon for 2020.
What are Leadership Lessons?
Leadership Lessons are focused, themed content provided monthly. You can dive in at your own pace to learn new topics every month without information overload.
Will I get 1:1 support from Ashley in my membership?
